To use the AirTNE Pillow, simply inflate it to your desired firmness by opening the valve and blowing air into it. Once finished, close the valve lid firmly to keep the air intact. To adjust the firmness, open the valve and push the center button. When ready to deflate, open the valve lid and press the center button while carefully squeezing the air out.

After semi-deflating, fold the pillow in half with the open air valve facing upwards. While pressing down on the center button, roll the pillow towards the air valve to release the excess air and compactly store the pillow in the provided travel pouch.
